Guadalupe De La Rosa works with startups and emerging companies throughout their entire life cycle, as well as venture investors in financing, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactions.

A former SEO Law Fellow, Guadalupe has assisted on a variety of financing deals—on both the investor and company sides— conducting due diligence, drafting financing round documents, and reviewing agreements.

Prior to her legal career, Guadalupe was a public school teacher in Las Vegas. Previously, she was a press intern for U.S. Senator Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV), as well as a recruitment coordinator in the Admissions office of her undergraduate alma mater, Yale University. 

She is fluent in Spanish.
