Griffin Carlson supports the firm’s litigators on a variety of matters, including complex commercial litigation, investigations, and securities litigation.

A former Lowenstein Sandler summer associate, Griffin has conducted legal due diligence on a variety of financing agreements between start-up companies and venture capital firms.

While pursuing his J.D., Griffin externed for the Honorable Fred W. Slaughter of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He also served as a legal assistant in the international arbitration department of an Am Law 200 law firm, and as a federal intern for former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
