Eric Seltzer focuses on complex in- and out-of-court restructurings and related litigation involving debtors, official and ad hoc committees, and other strategic partners. His experience spans a wide array of industries, including consumer goods and retail, aviation, energy, telecom, and automotive.

Eric works closely with clients, their investment bankers and financial advisors, and other parties-in-interest on both legal strategy and deal structure and mechanics. He is focused on developing practical solutions for clients and advocating on their behalf.

Passionate about pro bono work, Eric has represented refugees in asylum proceedings before USCIS, including Afghan asylees.

While pursuing his J.D. at St. John’s University School of Law, Eric interned for the Hon. Joanna Seybert of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
