Emma MariaLuz Cervantes’ practice focuses on complex, high-profile Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

She advises debtors, creditors, and other parties in interest across a range of restructuring and bankruptcy matters, helping clients navigate complex issues and advance their broader business objectives.

Prior to joining Lowenstein, Emma was an associate in the bankruptcy practice of an AmLaw 20 firm. She has previously represented the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the bankruptcies of such companies as The Hertz Corporation and Endo Pharmaceuticals.
