Claudia represents public and private companies in complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, business divorce, and bankruptcy disputes in federal and state court. She also represents individuals in arbitrations, and in investigations undertaken by regulatory agencies such as the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.
Claudia maintains a deep commitment to the firm’s pro bono program. Her pro bono work primarily consists of civil rights and immigration matters. She is part of the team that secured federal court relief on behalf of youths wrongly disqualified from Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
A former judicial intern for the Hon. Susan D. Wigenton of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, Claudia was also a student attorney for the Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic at Seton Hall University School of Law.
