Claudia assists clients from various industries on a broad array of corporate transactional matters.
While in law school, Claudia served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Susan D. Wigenton of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She was also a student attorney for the Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic at Seton Hall University School of Law, where she represented indigent clients in obtaining asylum status and visas.
Prior to the law, Claudia served as an intern for a local New Jersey lawyer. She also worked as a tutor in political science, Spanish, English, and philosophy for Seton Hall University’s Student Support Services.
Claudia’s comment, “The Cuban Adjustment Act in the Wake of the United States’ Restored Diplomatic Relations with Cuba,” was published in the Seton Hall Law Review (Vol. 48).
She is fluent in Spanish.
