Brittany “Britt” Paige Nosher supports the firm’s litigators on a variety of matters including complex commercial litigation, investigations, and securities litigation. 

Prior to her legal career, Britt was a Principal and Managing Director at a boutique investment banking and consulting firm, where she specialized in buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, valuation analyses and methodologies, intangible impairment and purchase accounting analyses, transaction due diligence, and advanced model development. 

Britt has given presentations at numerous board retreats and frequently contributes to industry publications on such topics as strategic initiatives, capital markets alternatives, and value creation.
