Anna Maria Giblin represents individuals, private companies, and public entities in connection with internal and government investigations, white collar defense matters, and complex commercial litigation.

Anna has experience with both state and federal litigation involving such issues as breach of contract, breach of loyalty, and data privacy. She has supported teams in such high-profile matters as the firm’s investigation and public report regarding New Jersey’s Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women and the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of the Roman Catholic Bishop of Oakland.

Committed to maintaining a robust pro bono practice, Anna works on matters with the New Jersey Innocence Project and Partners for Women & Justice.

While pursuing her J.D., Anna participated in the Rutgers Criminal and Youth Justice Clinic, where she provided legal representation to youth incarcerated in New Jersey’s juvenile justice system and adults convicted of serious crimes as adolescents seeking post-conviction relief.

She is the author of Who Is The Real Criminal? Imposing Specific Criminal Liability for Police Misconduct in False Confession Cases Under New York Law, published in the Rutgers Law Review.
