Angela Raleigh represents purchasers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, landlords, and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
She reviews, drafts, and negotiates complex real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and ancillary documents such as subordination agreements, estoppels, and lien waivers. Angela also analyzes titles and surveys for commercial real estate properties and coordinates efficient due diligence with third-party service providers (e.g., title companies, surveyors, zoning analysts, environmental consultants). In addition, she represents clients in corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions involving owned and leased property.
Angela has experience with the preparation of land use and development applications and has assisted clients through all aspects of the land development process.
