Ambra Casonato works with public, private, and private equity companies on a wide range of compensation issues, frequently in the context of mergers and acquisitions.

 With experience practicing at two top 10 AmLaw firms, Ambra designs and negotiates executive compensation arrangements, such as employment, severance, and change in control agreements. She also provides counsel on stock and cash-based plans and arrangements and their tax treatment; Securities and Exchange Commission filings; and corporate governance.

Prior to her legal career, Ambra earned Master’s degrees from both Princeton and Juilliard.
