A former summer associate at the firm, Amanda represents clients in a broad range of corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Lowenstein, she was selected by the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) as a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Scholar at Prudential Financial, Inc., where she worked with the law and compliance departments on an overall compliance risk inventory and assessment. During law school, she also participated in the Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic, a partnership between Vanderbilt’s law and medical schools.
Amanda currently serves as Chair of the Culture of Philanthropy Committee for her undergraduate alma mater’s Annual Giving Board of Directors. While in college she spent one summer as an investment analyst at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
