Ignacio has built her practice around one core commitment: being there for a brand at every stage of its life. From the earliest clearance decisions through global enforcement campaigns, she guides Fortune 500 companies and internationally recognized brands such as Claritin, ChapStick, Q-tips, Arm & Hammer, Coppertone, Dr. Scholl's, Suave, Trojan, Aleve, Nizoral, Catalent, and others across the full spectrum of trademark, IP, technology, advertising, and domain name matters. She frequently represents clients in consumer goods, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, animal health and life sciences, fintech, digital media, food and beverage, footwear and apparel, and other sectors, working with them from the very beginning of their brands’ development throughout their entire lifecycle, sometimes for a decade or more.

Working with both start-ups and multinational brands, including Starface World, Vacation, Three Dog Brands, ADC Solutions Holdings, and others, Hintz advises companies on domestic and international portfolio strategy, market expansion, and brand protection; he also represents private equity firms and investors in multimillion-dollar deals where trademark and copyright portfolios sit at the center of the transaction. His clients span such industries as pharmaceutical, beauty and skincare, consumer goods, and technology, to name only a few.
