Lowenstein Sandler’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of Sailormen, Inc.

Sailormen, Inc. is a Miami, FL-based franchisee and operator of 136 Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen restaurants across Florida and Georgia. The debtor filed for voluntary Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
