Lowenstein Sandler’s Investment Management Group continues to expand with the addition of another very highly regarded and seasoned lawyer from the private funds space: Kevin S. Zadourian, formerly the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Glazer Capital, LLC. Zadourian joins the firm as counsel and will be based in Lowenstein’s New York City office.

Over the last decade, Zadourian has served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of the investment adviser to two separate multi-billion-dollar private funds. He has extensive experience in fund formation, structured finance and derivatives transactions, corporate governance documentation, the development and implementation of investment adviser compliance programs, and related regulatory matters. Prior to his role at Glazer Capital, he served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Field Street Capital Management, LLC, and prior to that he served as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at each of L Catterton and Ionic Capital Management; as well as a Director at UBS and an associate in the Derivatives and Funds practices at the law firms Kramer Levin and Sidley Austin.

Zadourian follows Jonathan A. Danziger, who joined the Lowenstein Investment Management Group as partner earlier this month.

“The addition of Kevin as part of the further expansion of our Investment Management Group is a testament to our firm’s reputation for excellence, and that we continue to be sought out by both clients and well-established industry practitioners,” says Robert G. Minion, Chair of Lowenstein’s Investment Management Group.

Scott H. Moss, Co-chair of the firm’s Investment Management Group and Chair of its Fund Regulatory & Compliance practice, adds: “We are excited to add Kevin’s depth and breadth of practical experience guiding private funds and investment advisers to our growing investment management practice group.”
