Lowenstein Sandler represented Los Angeles-based Aspiration Partners, Inc. in its $135 million Series C financing round.

Aspiration is a fast-growing financial firm with a conscience, dedicated to bringing fair, sustainable banking and investment products that help its customers both “Do Well” and “Do Good.”

Fortune reports that the Series C takes Aspiration’s total funding raised to date to more than $200 million. The company intends to use the funds to further grow its services and product offerings, which are currently used by more than 1.5 million customers.

Lowenstein represented Aspiration in its prior venture capital financing transactions. 

The Lowenstein team was led by Anthony O. Pergola and Chandra K. Shih and included Juan B. Soto and Christopher T. Pham.
