Lowenstein's Mark Heinzelmann will be moderating the discussion during the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey's (CIANJ) Site Remediation Practitioners' Forum.
Objective:
The Practitioners’ Forum is an opportunity for a small group of New Jersey site remediation practitioners to meet on a bi-monthly basis and discuss topics of interest, practice pointers, and other technical and regulatory issues as identified by the attendees. This meeting will be virtual and capped at 30 attendees, in order to make it valuable for all those in attendance.
