Jennifer Fiorica Delgado focuses her practice on high stakes litigation where the businesses, relationships, and reputations of her clients are on the line.
Jennifer represents companies across a range of sectors, from multibillion-dollar investment managers and hedge funds, multinational chemical manufacturers, to early stage and small family-owned businesses. She collaborates closely with her clients to resolve disputes with commercial partners, vendors, employees, and investors, always seeking to obtain the best possible legal and business result.
Jennifer’s broad commercial litigation practice, which includes M&A disputes, privacy matters, bankruptcy-related litigation, toxic torts, and a wide range of private equity and capital markets disputes, gives her a unique perspective and approach to any complex commercial dispute. Whether counseling her clients on litigation risk or taking a case to trial or arbitration (and everything in between), Jennifer leverages her technical knowledge, business acumen, high emotional intelligence, tenacity, and problem-solving skills to meet her clients’ long-term objectives.
Deeply committed to pro bono work, Jennifer has been recognized as one of the “Top 25 Pro Bono Advocates” by Legal Services of New York City. Always willing to take on a high profile challenge, Jennifer has successfully represented disabled veterans, families forcibly separated at the U.S. border, and same sex couples seeking custody of their surrogate child. Most recently, she helped secure compensation under the Federal Tort Claims Act for the harms inflicted on a family impacted by the U.S. government’s family separation policy.
Jennifer chairs the Partners’ Committee of the New York State Bar Association. She is a member of Lowenstein’s Recruiting and Pro Bono Committees; she co-leads the firm’s law school ambassador program, and she is an active member of the Women’s Initiative Advisory Board. In addition, Jennifer serves as Chairwoman of the Board of SW Hoboken Neighbors and as a member of the Community Advisory Board of the Hoboken Business Alliance.
