Data Protection Notice – California Residents

This Data Protection Notice for California Residents (“Notice”) applies to the Personal Information of job applicants, employees, contractors, directors and officers of Lowenstein Sandler LLP, or Lowenstein Sandler, Inc., as applicable (“Lowenstein,” “we” or “our”) who reside in the State of California (“consumer,” “you,” or “your”). This Notice is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). If you reside outside the State of California, this Notice does not apply to you. Capitalized terms have the meaning set forth in this Notice or the CCPA, as applicable.

- exercise of our legal rights and protection of our interests in connection with any claim, action or proceeding brought by or against us.
