Clients value William’s experience across asset classes and product types, which he draws on to strategically evaluate their business objectives and legal needs. He advises a broad spectrum of entities, including hedge funds, private equity funds, mutual funds, asset managers, and banks.
William provides counsel on derivatives transactions and the negotiation of related documentation. He regularly negotiates master confirmation agreements, ISDA master agreements, repurchase agreements, futures documentation, syndicated loan-linked derivatives transactions, and prime brokerage documentation.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, William served as Assistant Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank, where he was responsible for negotiating derivative documentation with hedge funds, Investment Company Act of 1940 funds, pension funds, and corporate and insurance company clients.
