Stacey handles a broad array of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, financing, hospitality deals, and public-private partnerships. She drafts and negotiates all types of deal documents, analyzes due diligence, and collaborates on risk management strategies. To provide appropriate protection for her clients, Stacey also works with title companies, surveyors, municipalities, zoning analysts, environmental consultants, and other third-party service providers, ensuring that each asset is thoroughly vetted.

Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Stacey was an associate at a firm where she focused on commercial real estate finance, primarily lender-side loan originations for capital markets. She also served as an intern to the Honorable Carolyn E. Demarest of the Kings County Supreme Courts, Commercial Division.

Representative Engagements

Representing tech start-up in lease negotiations for office space in Manhattan; draft lease document and interface with landlord’s counsel; advocate for key tenant asks such as technological specifications and connectivity of the space.
Representing governmental agency in sale of 700+ acres of land for industrial development; manage extensive diligence review including complex title issues and compliance with several different municipalities with respect to operation and closure of landfills, utilities management, and tax agreements; negotiation of environmental risk transfer provisions to protect client from future liability.
Representing purchaser of portfolio of self-storage properties; review and negotiate due diligence materials including title and survey; analysis of restrictive covenants and municipal code with respect to zoning compliance; oversight of transfer of PILOT agreement with municipality.
