Richard D. Wilkinson brings to the table 35 years of experience as a litigator of virtually every type of complex commercial litigation. Over the years, he has tried many cases to completion and has handled numerous arbitration matters. In recent years, his focus has been on business litigation involving issues such as restrictive covenants, tortious interference and unfair competition; business divorce matters; probate litigation; and insurance coverage litigation. He is equally at home in New Jersey state and federal courts and has considerable experience in both jury and non-jury matters.
Richard has also argued a significant number of appeals over the course of his career, including a victory on a significant labor law issue in the Supreme Court of Wisconsin.
