Rohini makes a strong contribution to prosecution strategy, providing technical and legal research and analysis with respect to matters pending before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, in addition to technical support for patent interference and litigation proceedings.
Rohini's patent services include patentability, infringement, and validity opinions. She also manages patent portfolios and dockets, and offers patent analysis and legal support to assertion and licensing groups.
Before joining Lowenstein Sandler, Rohini held positions as a patent agent at AT&T, and as an engineering patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
