Paul Kizel concentrates his practice in Chapter 11 reorganizations. Paul has over 25 years of experience representing debtors, creditors committees, liquidating trustees, secured lenders, asset purchasers and other parties in interest in reorganization proceedings. Paul has been recognized in the Bankruptcy and Creditor/Debtor Rights section of Super Lawyers
