Rosemary litigates disputes against insurance companies involving directors and officers liability, first-party property liability, professional liability, employment practices liability, and commercial liability.
Her broad litigation experience encompasses every stage of litigation, from pre-suit investigation to trial and appeals. Her positive outcomes in insurance recovery include securing a favorable ruling against an insurance carrier's motion to dismiss, collaborating to compel an insurance carrier's pre-denial claims investigation, and drafting the successful response to an insurance carrier's motion to exclude the policyholder's expert witness.
Before joining the firm, Rosemary completed two clerkships at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, where she clerked for the Hon. Harris L Hartz and the Hon. Nancy L. Moritz. She also served as a judicial intern to the Hon. John L. Kane of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
