Robert Nuse works on a variety of litigation matters, involving complex commercial disputes, investigations, and securities litigation.
A former clerk for the Hon. John Michael Vazquez of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Hon. Jaynee LaVecchia of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Robert has also completed externships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey in its Civil Rights Unit, and the Hon. Katharine Parker of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
While pursuing his J.D., Robert acted as a student attorney for the Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice’s Impact Litigation Clinic, arguing a case before for the Second Circuit as pro bono counsel in an appeal of a grant of summary judgment.
