A former summer associate with Lowenstein Sandler, Rachel focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. She represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including securities fraud actions, internal investigations, and business litigation.
Rachel is also passionately committed to the firm's pro bono program. For example, she has provided pro bono representation of victims of domestic violence through the firm's relationships with Partners for Women and Justice and the Rachel Coalition. She has also worked with clients from Honduras in helping them seek asylum.
Previously, she served as a judicial intern for the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Commercial Division, and as a real estate and litigation intern at a boutique commercial law firm.
