Nathan advises corporate clients with respect to mergers, acquisitions, and private equity matters. He also provides counsel on corporate governance, deal structure, and methods of incorporation, working with clients across a range of industries including insurance, blockchain, and cryptocurrency.

He is a former intern for the Hon. Sybil Elias of the New Jersey Superior Court, Essex Vicinage.

Prior to his legal career, Nathan was an admissions officer for Prep for Prep, a leadership development and gifted education program that identifies New York’s most promising students of color and prepares them for placement at independent schools.

He is President of the Board of Directors for the Daniel Taylor Group, a non-profit organization that creates and implements programming supporting the academic, physical, spiritual, cultural, and mental well-being of community residents.
