Mensher counsels clients on the management and protection of their patent portfolios, with a special focus on applications in the electrical and computer-related arts.
He drafts patent applications, office action responses, and advisory action responses for technology products, including those involving computer memory, computer data storage, electrical circuits, data processing, and satellites. He has experience developing NDAs, noncompete clauses, class action waivers, master service agreements, sales order terms and conditions, and statements of work.
Mensher also facilitates foreign patent prosecution in Europe and Asia, including in China, Korea, Singapore, Japan, and Taiwan.
He provides pro bono counsel to Shadhika, a nonprofit that offers funding and support to women-led NGOs in India to encourage gender equality, empowerment, and self-sufficiency through equal access to economic and educational opportunities.
Mensher is fluent in Punjabi and conversational in Hindi.
