Matthew’s practice focuses on general corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt financing transactions.
He served as an intern for the Hon. Nancy M. Bannon of the Supreme Court of New York, Civil Branch, New York County. In that role, Matthew conducted legal research on a variety of matters, including entertainment contract disputes, trusts, and personal injury cases. He also drafted and proposed opinions on motions for summary judgment and preliminary injunctions.
Matthew was a clinician at the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy (BLIP) Clinic, where he focused on aiding startup companies with entity formation, privacy policies, and trademark registrations. He also served as an intern at a small entertainment firm, where he drafted various entertainment contracts and researched copyright issues.
