Madeline joins the Corporate group after completing Lowenstein’s summer associate program, where she assisted with private equity financings, mortgage securitization deals, and capital markets and securities transactions.
While in law school, she was a student attorney at the Boston College Legal Services LAB, working with indigent clients in administrative hearings and appeals, eviction proceedings, and on healthcare benefits issues. She also served as a law clerk in the Legal Department of the City of Newton in Massachusetts.
During college, Madeline volunteered at the Upstate Institute, where she assisted clients of the Legal Aid Society of Mid-New York who were filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
