Jolene’s practice focuses on representing and advising policyholders in insurance disputes involving directors and officers liability, first-party property, professional liability, employment practices liability, and commercial liability. Her previous experience includes representing clients in complex commercial litigation matters regarding employment, contractual, and product liability issues.
Jolene clerked for the Hon. Rachelle L. Harz, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division of Bergen County, overseeing the mass tort and civil dockets.
During law school, she interned with the Hon. Michael A. Hammer, U.S.M.J., in the District of New Jersey and with the National Labor Relations Board’s Compliance Unit in Washington, D.C. Upon graduation, Jolene received an award from the American Bar Association and the Bureau of National Affairs for Excellence in Labor and Employment Law.
As an undergraduate, she interned at the Onondaga District Attorney’s Office in Syracuse, New York. She also interned at the Department of Justice’s Community Relations Service in Washington, D.C, where she assisted in creating a national LGBT program to aid relations between police and transgender individuals.
