Jarett represents institutional investors in connection with appraisal proceedings, securities litigation and complex commercial disputes. In particular, he concentrates his practice on disputes arising from mergers, acquisitions, and securities fraud on behalf of hedge funds and other professional investors.
Jarett is a contributing author to the firm’s Appraisal Rights Litigation Blog, which is devoted to educating investors about how appraisal litigation can enhance their returns in M&A deals.
Prior to joining the firm, Jarett served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Allison E. Accurso in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
