Glenn represents institutional investors in connection with appraisal rights proceedings, securities litigation, and corporate governance disputes, with an emphasis on disputes arising from mergers, acquisitions, and securities fraud.
Glenn is also a contributing author to the firm’s Appraisal Rights Litigation Blog, which is devoted to educating investors about how appraisal litigation can enhance their returns in M&A deals.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Glenn was a corporate litigation associate at Morris Nichols in Delaware. His practice there focused on corporate and business litigation before the Delaware Court of Chancery, including shareholder class and derivative actions involving breach of fiduciary duty. Glenn also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard G. Andrews in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
