Erica’s practice within the Corporate Department focuses on a broad range of corporate transactions and securities law matters. She handles public offerings and private placements of securities, including IPOs and follow-on offerings, and has worked on public and private mergers and acquisitions. She also advises clients on reporting and disclosure obligations under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. Having a background in communications and brand licensing allows Erica to succinctly and effectively represent her clients, both in the public and private sectors.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Erica worked as a judicial intern to the Hon. Tanya S. Chutkan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and as a law clerk at the Federal Communications Commission. While in law school, she was awarded a Dean’s certificate for her extensive pro bono work.
