Eric has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, and has represented clients across a broad range of industries, including crypto, NFT, and technology.

He is relied upon by clients and colleagues alike for his practical working knowledge of complex transactions and structuring. Eric develops practical commercial solutions to assist his clients in overcoming and negotiating obstacles, including the complex and difficult to navigate global crypto regulatory regime.
