David advises investment funds in a variety of areas, including financing, joint ventures, private equity investments, and fund regulatory and compliance. He has represented a large portfolio of small- to mid-size and startup companies, as well as venture capital and private investment firms, in the acquisition of distressed debt, the sale of assets, and acquisitions.
With extensive experience in the life sciences industry, with particular emphasis on healthcare, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals, David brings to Lowenstein a strong combination of both law firm and in-house experience. Armed with this client-side perspective, he is able to more thoroughly advise clients and colleagues on internal legal issues and related matters.
