Blessing Adedamola Adewale (“Damola”) focuses on transformative and innovative business solutions such as mergers and acquisitions, project and debt finance, seed funding, and other complex transactions.

Prior to graduating from the University of Iowa College of Law and joining the firm, Damola earned a law degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He worked in Nigeria for over nine years with several leading consulting and law firms, counseling clients on issues involving corporate governance, compliance, regulatory interaction, and risk management.

An excellent team player, Damola takes the time to truly involve his clients and incorporate their goals, concerns, values, and feedback at every stage of any engagement.

He is fluent in both English and Yoruba.
