Paul-David dove headfirst into the tech startup scene after college. As a co-founder of Code Academy (now The Starter League) in Chicago, Paul-David brings to the table firsthand experience of the growing pains involved in launching a successful business. He bridges the gaps between the technical, the business, and the legal.
After his time in the Chicago sandbox, Paul-David traded in his safety scissors for a sharper set of skills (in the big kids’ playground that is Silicon Valley). He worked at a class action litigation firm to see how mistakes can cost companies ten years down the road, and mentored entrepreneurs at Santa Clara. Now he spends his time with Lowenstein Sandler’s Tech Group on the Deal Team, helping startups navigate pitfalls as they grow.
Whether it’s motorcycle camping in forests or experimenting in the kitchen, Paul-David thrives on unraveling problems with limited resources. Paul-David applies his curiosity liberally to his clients’ industries, so that he can provide robust representation in an ever-changing world.
