Nari focuses her practice on commercial and business litigation matters, representing clients in a broad range of industries including finance, life sciences, and consumer goods. Nari also devotes significant time to representing individuals and charitable organizations in trusts and estates disputes. She thrives on the opportunity to assist and achieve favorable results for clients in what can often be very sensitive and complex cases.

Nari’s passion for advocating on behalf of her clients is further exemplified by her extensive pro bono work. Nari is particularly proud of co-authoring a national survey of the laws and policies governing the use of solitary confinement in juvenile correctional facilities, which garnered national media attention. She has also represented pro bono clients in matters involving a clemency petition and domestic violence issues, and completed a fellowship at Essex Newark Legal Services representing low-income tenants in housing matters.

While in law school, Nari interned in the Office of the U.S. Attorney, District of New Jersey, Criminal Division, and served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Julio M. Fuentes, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. Prior to attending law school, Nari was a paralegal case handler at the Legal Aid Society’s Health Law Unit in New York City, where she represented clients at administrative hearings; advocated with health insurance plans and city, state, and federal agencies; and provided technical assistance and training for community-based organizations.
