Lowenstein Sandler represented Gracenote, Tribune Media Company's (NYSE:TRCO) entertainment data division, in connection with its acquisition of SportsDirect, Inc. and Covers Media Group and the launch of Gracenote Sports. The acquisition makes Gracenote the first global provider of music, video and sports data, and enables the company to provide one-stop data solutions for its roster of blue-chip clients in the U.S. and around the world.
