Matthew Boxer, partner and Chair of Lowenstein’s Corporate Investigations & Integrity practice and former New Jersey State Comptroller, gets high praise from Julie Roginsky on NJ.com for the quality and impact of a report that he and a team of Lowenstein lawyers, including Rachel Moseson Dikovics, Rasmeet K. Chahil, Jamie Gottlieb Furia, and Amanda K. Cipriano, submitted to Governor Phil Murphy at the conclusion of Boxer’s investigation into allegations of abuse of inmates at the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women, New Jersey’s only women’s prison. The report led the governor to order the facility’s permanent closure.

Roginsky states: “Matt Boxer and his team at Lowenstein Sandler should be applauded for writing a tremendous report … This report also underscores the critical imperative to have a respected external party investigate misconduct allegations …”
