Jennifer B. Kimble led the arguments today on behalf of the Debtors and the Unsecured Creditors Committee, as Joint Plan Proponents, seeking interim approval of a combined plan and disclosure statement in the Knotel, Inc. Chapter 11 case referenced in Americas Middle Market by Reorg.  Following arguments, Judge Mary F. Walrath overruled the remaining objection of the United States Trustee and granted interim approval of the Joint Plan.  Lowenstein Sandler, LLP and Potter Anderson & Corroon serve as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors.  Milbank and Morris Nichols Arsht & Tunnell represent Knotel, Inc. et al.
