Clients look to Maureen for her track record of success in commercial real estate matters. With an emphasis on commercial and residential mortgage foreclosure and tax foreclosure, Maureen has more than 15 years of experience representing lenders in foreclosures and loan restructuring with respect to various properties. These include assisted living facilities, age-restricted housing, commercial and industrial real estate, multi-unit apartment buildings, retail and mixed-use properties, and residential properties.

Maureen’s transactional practice includes the conveyance and leasing of office, industrial, retail, and residential properties. She has also had significant success handling complex, multistate transactions involving construction and mezzanine financing, leasehold and securitized financing, and mortgage assumptions. Further, she has counseled developers in connection with acquisition and development financing, and represented them before land use boards throughout New Jersey.

Maureen was a core member of the Lowenstein Sandler team that represented TRANZACT, the leading provider of direct-to-consumer sales and marketing solutions for insurance carriers in the United States, in its sale to private equity fund Clayton, Dubilier & Rice.
