She counsels clients on trademark and copyright matters, and negotiates and drafts various agreements in which IP is a key asset. She also advises clients regarding the prosecution and management of IP portfolios, issuing trademark clearance opinions, and helping to enforce rights when necessary.

Prior to her legal career, Leah worked in the arts, including a stint at MutualArt, a startup art news and events aggregator website, where she developed and directed its gallery partnership program. She also worked at a Manhattan blue chip contemporary art gallery.
