Jae represents startups, entrepreneurs, venture capital funds, and private equity firms that launch and finance new products and technologies across a broad range of sectors. She advises emerging technology companies in all stages of the startup life cycle–from formation to exit–and provides strategic advice to founders and investors in connection with complex transactions and other corporate issues.

Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, Shanghainese, and French, Jae finds her versatility and familiarity with foreign cultures to be assets in her analytical work and client relationships.

Jae is experienced in Chinese business law matters, having interned for a global law firm in China and as an officer of the Chinese Business Law Association, where she communicated with judges, officials, and law firm partners from both the U.S. and China.
