With an eye for crafting cost-effective strategies, Josh delivers value to clients in a multitude of ways. He drafts employment agreements–including offer letters, restrictive covenants, commission plans, and severance agreements–and assists clients with layoffs, employee terminations, reductions in force, and other separations of employment to ensure compliance with federal and state law.
