Chris represents public companies, privately owned businesses, and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth investments, dispositions, joint ventures, and equity and debt financings.

Known for his work on sophisticated large and middle market deals, Chris is experienced with advising clients in a broad range of industries, including financial services, asset management, technology and software, energy, professional services, manufacturing, publishing and media, consumer and retail, food and restaurants, and defense and law enforcement.

His clients have included Crimson Investment, Garrison Investment Group, Main Post Partners, Moelis Capital Partners, the National Football League, NRG Energy, Symmetry Partners, Tribune Media Company, and Two Sigma Investments.

Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Chris was a partner at Ropes & Gray LLP in New York.

Represented Moelis Capital Partners in its investment in Flexible Architecture and Simplified Technology, LLC (“FAST”), a leading provider of core software solutions to the life insurance industry.
