Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Barry was a federal law clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Grossman of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York. Previously, he served as a legal intern for the Bankruptcy Counsel of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
