Alexander has experience working on a broad range of corporate matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, domestic and cross-border financings, and securitization transactions. He assists target companies, purchasers, and private equity sponsors in purchase and sale transactions. Alexander also works with borrowers and sponsors on asset-based loan arrangements and other credit facilities, leveraged buyouts, and mezzanine financings. Active in pro bono matters, Alex has helped clients with various corporate issues, including both mergers between nonprofit entities and general corporate governance issues.

As a former summer associate with Lowenstein Sandler, Alexander brings prior experience that includes serving as a Martin Luther King Jr. Intern for Legal Aid of North Carolina.
