Steven Brawer and Adrienne Isacoff will present the webinar "Major Amendments to the Construction Lien Law and Refresher on the Municipal Mechanics' Lien Law and Bond Act." Topics will include a review of the major amendments to the Construction Lien Law recently signed into law, enforcement actions to foreclose on lien claims, alternate remedies other than lien claims to collect monies owed, and defenses to lien claims and other collection efforts. The new form of construction lien claim and other forms will be provided.
