Vincent A. D’Agostino is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Financial Reorganization & Creditors’ Rights Group. Mr. D’Agostino’s practice focuses primarily on creditors’ rights, where he represents large creditors in bankruptcy cases such as, Worldcom, Enron, Global Crossing, Winn-Dixie, and Pacific Gas and Electric.
